“I’m especially energized by the mission of TAP to provide water security to people by offering modern solutions and technology coupled with local knowledge, skills, and abilities. It is similar to previous missional work I participated in Ukraine, and I am convinced that it can be accomplished again in the areas that need it desperately.”
