This is not charity from a distance.
This is partnership on the ground.

All people have the right to access the most basic human need: Clean water.
At the root of all humans’ needs is water. In order to have basic hygiene, sanitation, effective hydration, and crops with a good yield, there must be safely managed water systems.

MISSION
To create greater water accessibility in developing countries, through the implementation of sustainable solutions and the empowerment of local collaborators.

VISION
Striving to ensure all people have equitable access to clean water, the most basic human need.

INSPIRATION
Building Sustainable Water Solutions
From school-based WASH programs to water research and student internships, The Ayin Project turns clean water access into long-term, community-led change.

Healthier schools begin with clean water.
WASH in Schools supports students, teachers, and administrators through clean water access, hygiene education, water quality monitoring, and student-led WASH clubs. This work helps create safer learning environments while equipping schools with the knowledge and systems needed to sustain progress. When students understand water, sanitation, and hygiene, they carry that knowledge into their homes, families, and communities.

Where research becomes real-world impact.
The Water Research & Development Center in Uganda is the operational heart of TAP’s work, helping turn information into action through water testing, data collection, infrastructure repair, WASH assessments, technical training, and local collaboration. This center allows TAP to move beyond assumptions and make informed decisions rooted in science, context, and community need.

Raising up the next generation of problem solvers.
Through TAP’s Summer Research Internship Program, students are invited into real-world water challenges connected to our work in Uganda. The program gives young people hands-on experience in research, STEM learning, global service, and environmental impact while helping them see that their skills, questions, and work can contribute to something bigger than themselves.
