Joshua Kurtz
CEO/President/Founder

Josh has 20 years of mission experience. He has worked with Habitat for Humanity in Florida, YouthWorks in Wisconsin and has worked extensively in both Latin America and East Africa through G.O.D. International. Josh holds a Certificate in Theology of Development, a BS in Physical Education, and an MS in Sustainability (water management.) Josh has worked in project management in both his international mission work and his occupational work.
Alyssa Kurtz

Alyssa has 20 years of missions experience. She has worked in North Africa through Youth With a Mission, In East Africa through G.O.D. International, and also in Latin America. She has a BS in International Business and has spent years studying both Theology and Community Development in a collegiate setting. She holds a certificate in English Language Learning and has experience in both for-profit and non-profit accounting.
Cheryl Richardson
Vice Chairwoman

Cheryl has 8 years of International Health experience in both Ghana and Ecuador. Her work there is ongoing. She holds a BS in both nursing and Human Development and Family Studies. She also holds a Masters in Public Health and is currently a doctoral candidate in Public Health. Her work in Healthcare is extensive and encompasses many areas within the industry. She is currently working on the development of a Quality Framework for use in low-middle-income countries (LMIC).
Larry Greely
Board Member​

Larry was a licensed CPA with experience in international accounting development. He has owned and operated his own CPA, Accounting, and Tax company since 2000. Larry continues to work in accounting and taxation in the for-profit and non-profit sectors, even though he's attempted to retire multiple times. During his career, he worked closely with the CPA firm Ernst and Young. Additionally worked at Starkey where his duties consisted of creating corporate worldwide accounting reporting.
Michael Johnson
Treasurer​

Michael has 21 years of mission experience. He has worked mostly in Latin America through G.O.D. International and YouthWorks. He has also worked with Habitat for Humanity in Florida. Mike holds a BS in both Mathematics and Accounting with educational concentrations in Theology and Community Development and has extensive experience in both non-profit and for-profit accounting. Michael currently works at Bethel University in their financial office.
Dean Fulmer
Board Member​

Dean has a Bachelor of Science degree from Mankato State University. He has done mission work in Ukraine for over a decade as a member of his church where he served on the board where he had oversight duties related to financial planning, ministry, and mission goals. For nearly 30 years he worked as a multifunctional manager for Federal Aviation Administration. He recently worked for MITRE as a Portfolio Manager for oversees AS and Commercial Space Transportation.
